For fucks sake, this is the easiest thing to help the rest of us navigate this hornets nest of listings.
Have some consideration for others and take on that 5 extra seconds of personal responsibility.
Learn how to mark it sold.

It’s been the most frustrating thing for the classifieds here. Instead of people just amending their ads once the item sells, they want to pad their post count by bumping it to the top. Now recently, people have been compelled to have their questions, offers, and conversations within the sale ad instead of taking it to a PM. This further clutters the pages with items trying to be seen and sold. Watch how fast all of this would stop if LowLight disabled the For Sale Forums from adding to your post count...

- Have your conversations within PM’s, like you’ve done for years here and have to still do on every other forum.
- AMEND your ad once it sells and leave it wherever it is in the pages of classifieds.

Don't forget to offer a low price after you agreed to take it for the asking price. That's a very important step. Oh and make sure he ships it at the same time you mail the check; it's only fair especially if you've only been on here for 1 month, have 30 posts, and no feedback.

I have marked at least two items sold. Which was ignored by people who brought back dead threads to lowball me.

I negotiated with them for a week before telling them I sold it locally.

How about deleting the whole thread? The PX and the whole forum is CLOGGED with irrelevant posts. No historical value, no pertinent humor, trades or sales that were complete many months ago...for Chrissake be a better digital steward and use the delete button.

I’d rather have a historical reference for what items sell for.
