You guys do know that you're free to make your own super-fast powder dropper that almost never drops an overcharge and crushes everything out there any time you want to right?

Either get on it, or maybe chill a lil' bit lol.

Yeah but he still a business who can’t deliver what they promise when they promise. That’s not a viable long term solution.

I find it odd why you fools stand up and defend this guy who has no respect for his customer base.

If he hasn’t taken your money, you’re not a customer and he doesn’t owe you a damn thing.
In my honest opinion, and this is taught in the most basic of business schools and within the context of modern business perspective... The customer becomes a customer once they show interest in a product, not in the exchange of money.

We got a guarantee!!!

Are you also taught that it gives some sort or right, or that you are owed anything before any monetary exchange? Because if it does, it would reaffirm a lot of what’s wrong with post secondary education.

The expectations are given from the business perspective. Every major, multi-million/billion corporation knows this. Can you imagine if every business practiced "no update provided" to current and potential clients? They don't last long.

I'm simply playing devil's advocate. But as it has been said many, many times before. A simple update via the numerous online methods would avoid all this.

I honestly don't care otherwise, I see 2 sides to the coin, as well.

See above. 12 years.

So, by your logic....when you go to a restaurant, and the food you ordered is slow to appear, poorly cooked, incorrect, etc.....you have no input or right to complain to the employees because you havent paid yet?

That’s correct. You can choose to leave at anytime before the item, OR the money exchange hands. If you’ve paid in advance, you can even request your money back, but no, you have zero rights to anything.

What if they guaranteed swift service upfront but then later told you they could guarantee it wouldn’t be tonight but maybe tomorrow? 🤣 would you highly recommend them to others?

All those patients in the hospitals and clinics must have no right to complain about poor care or the wrong testicle cut off since no money is exchanged until they get the bill 2 months later and pay.

Obviously we are going in circles and at this point it's no use arguing otherwise.

But the fallacy of "not a customer until money exchanges hands" goes against the established business roles since the beginning of modern business practices.

They have no rights to demand the service of another human being. Hospital staff are not slaves.

Shifting the argument to irrelevant places and defending Paul doesn’t change anything.

If you want to support Paul go do it and buy something from him….
I don’t want what he’s selling. If I did, I would buy when it wasn’t vaporware. What I sure as fuck wouldn’t do, is be a grown man crying on the internet because no one would tell me when I would have it.

Ok, I agree that we can choose to leave at anytime before the item, or the money exchanges hands. This is a discussion forum....some people like to discuss the ways in which they think the customer should be treated.
Just imagine that we are all sitting in the waiting area of said restaurant and the hostess left 45 minutes ago, and no one has ever been taken to a table.....maybe people start murmuring to each other that its time to go find some other restaurant.

No one has demanded that Paul give them any updates, we aren't forcing him to do so. We are just all sitting around wondering if this product is ever going to come to fruition, and discussing our opinions on the product and Paul's customer service/marketing/business acumen, etc

I’m not defending him at all. Just been shaking my head and laughing at all the whiney drivel, poor me sniveling and pitiful whimpering - it is Epic!!

Carry on bitches…

The best advocate for health care is the patient themselves. You certainly have the right demand correct and efficient medical care (yes, we know those aren't mutually exclusive in today's world), irregardless of monetary exchange. I think the point was entirely missed (or spot on) with my example. 😉

So, you have no interest in this product, but you find it worth your time to come here and troll the thread to defend Paul and name call other forum members?

You have no rights to someone else’s labour.
And I refuse to interact with people who say, “irregardless”.

I’m not defending anyone in particular. I’m standing up to anyone who thinks anyone owes them anything if money hasn’t exchanged hands, in any situation.

One way to think about it is: how would you run your own business?

I would NOT string along *potential* customers on a "no money down" pretense for going on a year. I would feel bad about that.

Maybe that's just me and my obsession with integrity.

But you do you, Tokyo.

did Magfag take "no money down orders"?

Or were they wearing big boy pants and knew how many they would sell or didn't care?

Just to be clear it's A FUCKING ORDER! It wasn't called an "expression of interest". Just take a fucking poll if that's what you want.

Like seriously - call it a poll: "how many of you would buy this?"

Then all this bitching that y'all are bitching about would either not exist or would be clearly unjustified.

But it was an "order".

Future businesses, consider this a lesson.

you know what else you can do? leave a shitty review. Which these days counts for a lot and is what's happening here.

Many companies will seek you out if you leave a shitty review. Seen it several times this year already. They don't want their name dragged through the internet mud.

But here, with Paul....crickets.

God help him if this thing goes sideways like the ST or ATV4, which people are hoping it will replace

He will wish he had taken deposits - nonrefundable ones.

So you’re in here being an obnoxious moron over a product you don’t own and won’t buy. Sounds about right

It would be mildly impressive if one of these whiners actually cancelled their preorder and voted with their feet. But they won't. Maury is just going to bitch and whine the entire time AND she's still going buy it in the end.

This thread is a landfill. We already chased Paul off and the guy that lives in his ceiling @NICETRY . A person has to go to Accurate shooter for an update. It's just people bitching into a pringles can.

Ill buy a flame annealer before I buy one of these since you want to know. (I’m never buying a flame annealer because they don’t work)
