Sir. You need to take your statin. You’re making no fucking sense
I can see you don't understand. I'll try to break it down for your simple self. You are not invested in the dropper. You didn't pay any money for it. You didn't order it. You didn't even preorder it.
You're not invested in it you dumb shit. You have zero connection to this product.

So by your standard no one can have an opinion. You either have nothing invested and or that dumb bullshit you put above about how owning half the machine is irrelevant?

I won’t buy the whole dropper because I don’t believe in this company. I don’t think they respect their customers and I don’t think they will be around for a long time. I don’t want to support them. Having actually interacted with and spent money with the company is where I formed that opinion. I’m going to come back here and voice that as it continues to get worse - especially since it pisses you off so much.

Having an opinion and having an opinion worth hearing are two different things. You are a grudge holding, petty child. Not my opinion. Just fact. You're trying to make your opinion relevant through volume. And as it turns out you don't even have a dog in this fight. You're just here to shit talk. That alone makes your opinion meaningless. Everyone knows you're just a poisonous spider and it eliminates any credibility you think your opinion has.

Gonna guess you don’t even have an IP. Given how hypocritical you generally are it would only make sense you’re screaming at me that my opinion is invalid but you have even less reason to be giving an opinion.

Ya, I have one. But that's not important. Let's explore the ugly depths of your personality.

So you ordered an IP Trickler. Didn't get it when you thought you should. Complained on here. Paul got you squared away and then you posted on here how Paul is a good guy and helped you out.

And then time passes on. This shit with the dropper starts to evolve. And you change your mind about Paul. Despite what you felt like you needed to post publicly, you jump on here and join in on the beating. Not that this shit with the dropper effects you. It's just a good opportunity to dredge up your old emotions.

Is that about right?

Nope. Keep defending them though - we’ll see you in 2025

It seems to me that a good deal of this discussion is missing what the real issue is….or what I think it should be

I very much believe delays, or even serial delays, are not shocking or unexpected issue wrt to product development/production by a very small…sort of craft…company. So, IMO nothing to hyperventilate over.

I also very much believe that Paul’s communications are pretty much non-existent and that people who signed up for pre-orders are indeed customers and are therefore entitled to some informative communication. And it would be so very simple to do.

A delivery expectation(s) was set by IP and therefore, with that latest date upon us, customers are reasonably entitled to some substantive news on the state of the design, the new projected delivery plan, and why will it really happen this time.

Ok, I’m going back under my rock.

I just want a punch card like buffets hand out.

“Collect 10 punches and next time you see a delivery date it will be true!”

How does making brass cartridges not have anything to do with shooting brass cartridges? We’ve got an old man screening at the sky again over here, folks.

The process of creating a piece of brass and firing one in a chamber aren’t close to the same and have no correlation to the benefit of annealing.

We’ve been down this road. You scream about annealers, I show my chronos and targets, they’re better than yours, you personally insult me. I’m kinda tired of it

But the process of final sizing one in the factory and sizing one after firing are identical. Thanks for coming out.
My pistol ammo chronos better than your rifle ammo.

It absolutely isn’t. It’s ridiculous to think you have access to a company owner. Sounding more and more like you’re from the entitlement generation with each post.
And you sound like someone who has never had customers…or run a business unit.

At this point you’re so committed to “being right” in this discussion that you are snapping at any and all ankles like some pissed off terrier.

Not sure what generation you are referring to but I’m 72.

Over and out.

Maybe act your age and not your shoe size. Speaking of shoes, does buying a pair of Nikes give you access to the CEO?
Edit* does showing interest in a pair of Nikes give you access to the CEO?

Do you think it is ridiculous to have access to some person at a company to answer questions? Usually this would be a customer service, or sales department. In this case we are dealing with a one man shop....he is every position, and yes, in that case he needs to perform all the roles.

I personally think that one of the problems Paul is having is being unwilling to grow the company, or let others perform any functions for him. If this thing takes off he cant do it all himself, but as far as I know he only has one partner that is doing all of the code and app development for his electronics.

As stated previously its gonna take a lot of man hours to produce, inspect, assemble, test, package, and ship all these units. Both the Autotrickler and Supertrickler guys have contractors and employees that handle some of these tasks, and have been somewhat transparent about hiring and expanding and the challenges that go along with that.

Oh, and yes, you can also contact the owners of both of those companies, so its not unreasonable in this market space at all.

Do you genuinely believe it’s the actually owner you’re contacting?

Who is wanting acKseSs to a ceo? We’re just wanting updates. I don’t want to know what he had for dinner the other night or if his nieces basketball team won their Tuesday night game.

If anything this is becoming more of a review of the customer service and potential warranty woes someone might go through in the future. Essentially the bad reviews one might search for before dealing with a company or person, welcome to the world wide web of online buying, I can GUARANTEE these reviews will linger long and hard 🫦😘

I think it’s funny how people think others are complaining. All I see is people looking for a simple update. I know there will be the ass kissers who disagree and they owe you nothing comments. But I simple sentence of hey it’s getting pushed back I guarantee would save time from the emails you get alone.

Yes,

Adam McDonald routinely answers emails from Autotrickler customers.

Rex Peterson and Peter Kowald answer questions on the SuperTrickler Facebook pages and you can also email them.

These are all very small businesses, probably under 10 employees each. Why do you think it would be so unreasonable that the "CEO" or owners of these companies would communicate with customers?

I see Steve Hornady occasionally on the Hornady podcast. Does he answer every question Hornady gets....NO....but he has a whole customer service team that will!

I see lots of other CEO's/Owners of firearm related businesses on this forum talking to customers. Patriot Valley Arms, Bartlein, American Rifle, Defiance Machine, etc.

Yes, I think it is a good business practice to give your customers or potential customers updates regarding a product that you are trying to get released to market and that these customers have expressed enough interest in to sign up for a pre-order (no money down or not). Is Paul required to do so....absolutely NOT. However, this thread is indicative of the ill-will and erosion of the customer base that may follow due to non-communication.

Have you ever bought anything in your life? Have you ever had a question about a product before you bought it? Do you buy everything blindly with no information on how it works, how it performs, when you can expect to get it, etc?

I vehemently disagree, and believe that makes you an entitled brat.
I’ve bought lots. Never once have I asked the CEO of a Toyota anything about the cars I’ve bought, or the owner of the construction firms who have built my houses.
Ridiculous.
I research my purchases inside out and backwards. Never have I felt the owner of any company owes me answers to any questions.

It’s easy to argue about something when you have zero vested interest. You’re just here to disagree with people who are actually interested.

Quite frankly none of us care what you think about what we’re owed. And all you have done is draw out more people with the exact same complaints ending with the opposite of your goal and more posts about the poor customer service.

I have to imagine for Paul, dealing with all the impatient shooters is like falling into a river with piranhas. I'm sure manufacturing this thing has turned into a nightmare for him. He's probably had to deal with problem after problem that is likely testing his resolve to even try this again in the future. Imagine working over the holidays and bearing this stress instead of relaxing with family. It's also likely that the stress of this situation has inevitably carried over into domestic life and strained things there. I think it wouldn't take much for a natural introvert to just shut down to communication. He may be dealing with unknown timelines and doesn't even have anything to say other than bad news that's just going to piss people off even more so it's a lose/lose for him. Regardless of what people think is right or wrong.

At this point, it's just going to take as long as it takes. And you can try to jump online and demonize Paul based on your opinion of what you think businesses should do. But it ain't going to change a damn thing. You're either going to buy Paul's product or you aren't. That's the only meaningful thing you're going to do. This thread is a closed box. Bitching in here is useless bc we ran Paul out a while ago. It's just you expressing your emotions. It's about as useful as screaming into your pillow. In the big scheme of things for us we have so many other things we can do and enjoy. Not having the dropper isn't going to keep us from shooting, enjoying the holidays, or make our lives miserable. Literally no impact to our daily personal lives. But for Paul, he's in a nightmare scenario, over the holidays.

And sure, this isn't great for his business long term, but he probably doesn't have a choice at this point. He could fold up shop tomorrow and still not owe any of us anything. I see Tokay's point. We are trying to connect what he owes his business to succeed with thinking he owes us because we are instrumental in his business success. But from Paul as a human to us as a human he has zero legal obligations.

I think a lot of this entitlement is the result of a hyper-consumerism culture. America isn't a country that produces consumer products for the rest of the world. It's a country that consumes from other countries. We don't do sweatshops. We barely do migrant worker visas(for now). Poor Americans are entitled and aren't willing to do those types of jobs to bring that kind of manufacturing here. They would rather riot and burn shit. Poor inner city people are selling their baby's on FB marketplace for $150 and buying the new Iphone. When the big tariffs hit, the sad panda, boo-boo lips are going to increase big time. Get ready to pay $600 for a barrel blank and $120 shipping from Florida to Kansas. The amount of time it's going to take to course correct is going to be something like a couple of decades. If America goes full blown isolationist and doesn't use military power to back American companies that are out there taking advantage of other countries resources to enrich themselves and be competitively priced here at home, the cost of living is going to skyrocket and regular items are going to get scarce because our way of life has been about consuming from other countries and using the strength of the USD to do so. The strength of the USD comes from establishing the rules in international money markets and that's done by US companies, not our Government directly. Getting a super niche, expensive powder dropper is going to be the least of your problems.

Not reading that. But your blind support is comical

Paul set the deadlines and this could have easily been avoided with 20 minutes of updates along the way.

You think I have a goal here?

I never once said anyone wasn’t entitled to an opinion. Maybe that’s why you’re so confused.
thats the message you're sending when you get mad at people for having an opinion with the excuse "you're owed nothing"

You're getting blocked- you are just here to be a dick and have zero interest in the product or company

I just rediscovered the "ignore" button. and utilized it

Which is ironic because we're complaining about being ignored.
Yeah, but in this case I think its warranted. Its like talking to a toddler.

It doesn't apply to you because it talks about having empathy for another person and putting aside petty greed for a mere toy.
