All of the cases where the baby has passed away in utero or is being kept “alive” by the mother are not cases of abortion. Those are just unfortunate cases of a death and removing the baby from the mother’s womb is a surgery

You might want to double check your data, the abortion rate for fetal and maternal health is actually about 7%. That’s still a lot of abortions because they just don’t want a baby for whatever reason, but at least get your facts right.

I submit that an unborn baby, from the moment of conception, is indeed a PERSON. Therefore should be given every right and privilege delineated under our Constitution and declared so in the Declaration of Independence.
