What are the options available today for a pair of laser rangefinder binoculars with a MIL reticle? Ballistic software not needed for my application. Is there an option in the $1000 - $1500 range? I did a quick search of the major players and couldn't find anything.

Edit: is this still a gap in the market in 2025?

That will be a tough one at that price and requirements. If I find something I'll update the thread. - Richard

Gaping hole in the market segment, to my knowledge the only company producing a LRF with a real etched reticle is Vectronix in the 3K price range. I currently use Leica Geovid for spotting/ranging and a cheap pair of Athlon 12X that have a decent reticle.

Is there additional difficulty in manufacturing binos with an etched reticle? Seems like something that would be more common.

I am trying to avoid having a spotting optic and a range finder as two separate devices.

Seems like Vectronix Vector X is the only option. About double my preferred budget...

There's the Steiner M830R LRF binos. They have a mil reticle and a decent rangefinder, no ballistics, no angle compensation. MSRP is $3k or so but you can find them used for way cheaper since they're an older design and the laser is a bit anemic compared to contemporary bino LRFs (can still easily range to about 1800 yds).
