My employer mandated the vaccine. Anyone else?

I wouldn't because I see all the ones "fully vaccinated" with 2 shots, which is not fully vaccinated anymore, not wearing their masks even though fully vaccinated people are supposed to be again. Virtue signaling with a mask has become too much trouble for most. Where there is some one with authority on a power trip they are still being forced.
I just got an E-mail his morning. Safeway has another dose ready for everyone who took two already
More thoughts on the general subject. OSHA does not consider a mask PPE, so if you get sick at work, and they require you to wear a mask. You have a valid argument they didn't do anything to protect you. There is a ton of evidence out there masks are harmful, so you also have a valid argument, that not only is what they are doing non-protective but physically harmful. Third run here, what if wearing the mask at work caused you so much anxiety that you must now seek treatment? This is now a work related injury or illness so its needs to go through Workmans Comp.
Everyone walks out something may not happen. Everyone file a Work Comp claim. Something will happen.

4. Remodeler, my house needs some interior remodeling, and my very large wood deck needs repaired cleaned and retreated. 20 bucks an hour, probably 2 months of work.

I think a big difference is going to be in the amount of spike proteins in your body. The shot is causing your body to produce the spike proteins throughout your body. As opposed to having a virus that uses them as attachment points.

My military unit just emailed all of us today and said it is mandated that we get at the very least the FDA approved vaccine, of course they didn't say that they just said get the covid vaccine and send us proof.
The actual order from the head of the DoD states that only the FDA approved vaccine will be mandatory, but any of the vaccines under EUA will fulfill the requirements. I did a little research to find out that nugget that my unit health monitor left out....

My unit email was a little different yesterday. Straight up said we need your name if you do not plan on getting it so that you can be separated from the national guard.

One of my best friends lost one of his two restaurants when he had to close it because his last 3 employees at that location and one asst. manager took the state "lazy pay" and he couldn't find the staff for that location... I'm a fed employee and they mandated half of the agency a month ago. I tried to turn in my exemption form then. The employee health staff wouldn't take it since I wasn't the right job class. I told them "you know the rest is coming and my doctor sez I can't get the shot." The NEXT DAY they opened up the rest of the agency to the mandate. I called the same woman and said didja get my RE-send?? We need to see documentation. NO that's a HIPAA violation and you can't have it. Everybody got quiet then...
Army Guard here. Still waiting for email from unit with the shit or get off the pot wording. I'm in the MEDCOM so figure it will hit soon. Supposedly DOD is still working on medical exemptions and religious exemptions and Sec Def Austin mentioned them the other day so there is some hope. As I understand it (it will be branch specific) it looks like I have to meet with a Medical Officer and Chaplain and apply for Religious exemption. I do not know the regulations/memo formats/what this will exactly entail. No clarification or steps have been published yet, but it still appears exemptions will be a possibility. If I find out what this whole shitshow process will entail I will be sure to post up here for my fellow brothers and crayon eaters.
*edit. It may take some time for me to find out. September drill was cancelled due to lack of budget so I won't be back on duty until Oct. Guess we spent all our training dollars on Jan 6th capital response and Congress hasn't reimbursed NGB yet.

I believe it was a Title 32 state response "gig". My opinion is it did not fall under Title 10 orders to avoid the whole Posse Comitatus concerns. I will have to research what type of orders were cut for Capitol security as I am unsure. What I do know is I received a Land Component Commander letter in late July telling us of budget woes for NGB across the board.

Basically Title 32 can be used by States for state responses like disaster relief, fighting fires, but Title 32 can be used for Federal Missions while the troops remain under state control. (Like what occurred in DC, Border security missions, etc). Title 10 is true Federal Activation and under Federal Control. Governor of the state approves the use of state NG and releases them to Active Duty component for a specific length of time.

I am tracking that. I laid it out to my troops and let them know this morning after I read the “approval” docs from Pfizer. All of my soldiers do not want to take it and are prepared leave the army over this. I am going to push this as far as I can and make them work to put that shit in me. Ultimately I need to think of my family. With over 18 years in, I am definitely in a tight spot.

The article I read (whatever that's worth) seemed to allude to the comirnty being the only actually FDA approved vaccine.
The Pfizer biotech they're pushing on everyone right now is still under EUA. The comirnty wouldn't have any liability shield like the biotech does. Technically the biotech should have the EUA revoked because they now have an FDA approved version.

My company hasnt mandated it...yet. I know our union has concern's that center around privacy as well as our ability to hold a medical certificate issued by the FAA if we get some odd thing from the shot. Our loss of license insurance isnt up to par in a situation like that and I am doubting the company will want to take out a 7-10 million dollar a piece loss of license insurance policy on each of our pilots(estimated 30 year career earnings+retirement+benefits). Thats what it would take for me to take the jab on a company mandate. Give me a loss of license/life insurance policy guarantee for my lifetime earnings, 401k and insurance for my family payable in the event of disability or death from the shot. Shouldnt be a big deal right...if the shot is so safe, the company will never have to exercise the insurance payouts... LOL.

From where I work I can flat out tell you that ALL National Guard and Reserve deployments to the DC riots regardless of assignment, location or length of time were Title 32. Period. Full Stop...

Wait until the very last day before doing anything. On the signature line of anything you ultimately have to sign even though you do not want to, print in bold letters "Under Duress of Termination" before and after your signature.
If they require you to sign it differently, tell them this is how you will sign their document. If it's not acceptable, then you need to make a choice. Basically they are trying to prove that you VOLUNTARILY signed a document, you're just making it clear on the document it's under threat of termination. Which is clearly true.
If you are a one party state, you can record the entire engagement on a small digital recorder.
