Rifle Scopes Premier 5-25 question

Did the search and am still not 100% sure, but, on the Premier 5-25 is the 1 mil detent on the elevation knob a standard feature or a special order feature. The one I looked at today is the double turn mrad knob and had the feature, but the local retailer did not know the answer to my question.

Its a standard on the 3-15 and 5-25. not sure about the light tactical

It's standard on the 3-15x and 5-25x Tactical scopes. The MTC feature is not available for the 3-15x LIGHT Tactical.
