Assuming the butt is below the bore I would agree with the first bit. The final statement confuses things.

The issue I think some are having is they are saying the cheek rest/cant of the rifle moves to the right. I.E. the bottom of the butt turns left and the tip turns right.
If you grab the barrel and twist to the right, that mimics what they see.
So the assertion is the barrel is torquing to the right with a right hand twist.
That would be in a clockwise twist barrel and a clockwise turn on the barrel/rifle.
If you play the primal rights video above, he does a test (albeit not a great one) where he lets the rifle free recoil on a bipod and monopod. The butt of the rifle moves left, but the “twist” of the rifle moves right. The top of the butt is at a 2 o’clock position when it started at 12.

Yes and it comes to rest there after bouncing off the other stop on the bipod.
Well now, this could create a conundrum for non Northern hemisphere shooters if they have a RH twist or when a Northerner with RH twist gets closer to the equator or they shoot in New Zealand I suppose.
Has anyone addressed the effect of the coriolis effect on twist rates and RH vs LH twist rifling? Or for that matter what effect will degrees of declination from true/magnetic North have on twist rate and or direction of twist?.
Could it be that at the equator you need one type of twist shooting to the North and the opposite shooting to the South? Or maybe to be safe start
with no twist at all and let good old Mother Earth, in her infinite wisdom to guide you bullet to where ever she wished it to land.

Does a left twist barrel require a special reamer to chamber it or be spun the opposite direction in a lathe compared to a right twist barrel?
People definitely have too much time on their hands, to be cock fighting over who's right on a subject few have experience with.
BTW, love my LHGT Valkyrie. Zero issues finding a load, cleans up well, and stays on target during recoil.
