But even last year, when I reviewed WI lawyers discussing it online, they said both the intent and the language made it legally quite clear, that Kyle met the exception of age and not SBR, and that the hunting cert may be the only hangup, but given the structure of the sentences in the statute language, most probably doesn't apply either. I would think this also really helps the provocation issue too, but that is worded to something like "an unlawful action" or something, that provokes. Well, with the gun charge gone, and the curfew dropped, now there is no way they can twist those into the "unlawful action" and they only have the wonderful photo where they claim he pointed a gun, which is near impossible to overcome "reasonable doubt" that even happened.
