I have read a few articles recently about this is a recession that is being "Ignored". There was a similar recession after the end of World War 2.
Home prices (New and Used) have skyrocketed. So much so that a young working couple can not afford to buy a home.
I also read there is a "Housing Shortage". Fewer houses and people paying more for them.
Other articles say the FED Reserve must break the automobile and house builders in order to end inflation.
Is this a cycle or is it the "New Norm" ?

- ALB is the world's low-cost lithium leader and is a dividend aristocrat whose management is guiding for 20% to 30% growth for the next five years.

Other suppliers and countries are taking notice of the market dynamics, which will define the remaking of the auto sector as it retires the internal combustion engine.
Snapshot: Chile's President Gabriel Boric said he would nationalize the lithium industry of the country, which is the world's second-largest producer of the key EV material and holds the globe's largest reserves. "This is an opportunity for economic growth that will be difficult to beat in the short term," he announced in a televised address. I spent some years at the Intel flagship campus.
Look at the slide for the past 3 years. There are "reasons" for that down trend. All those reason's are "Internal". Protocol seems to be an Intel invention. From the grunt wiping down the walls of the clean room to the office of the CEO the "protocol" went against "commerce". Nothing has changed. A "Blue Badge" always outweighed a "Green Badge" when problem solving. Eventually the Green Badge gave up and did it the Intel way, even if it was wrong.

I was raised on the Depression, the fact that the Government has let FRC go to this point is political, they bailed out their supporters but not their enemies, nothing less. I fear a Depression, everyone losses, took close to 20 years and a World War to fix the last mess. These Idealogical Clowns might be creating the next, over the last 400 years America, my family has survived and will continue to survive but FRC will not last another week at $3.655 per share, it is going down, unless the close has a miracle, if they don't act, expect contagion in the other Regionals next week.
