Yeah the tsarnaevs where located because a guy they car jacked and took hostage ran into a convenient store and called the law when they stopped to piss. Then it was local police that took them on not even realizing who they were dealing with until after the first bro was killed and the other took up hiding in a boat a few blocks from where SHTF. Boston authorities, locking down the city the city and a local and federal search turned up nothing. A homeowner came out and saw blood stains leading into his boat called the police.

Couple of MA State Police went to Florida to interview a Chechen associate and while dude was being interviewed with FBI he pulled a sword out and FBI agent shot him.
