What she doesn't talk about is how they have been storing grain for years - are those stores in the path of this flooding as well? With a growing worldwide famine they still have the money to buy more, but which countries will get no food because China is buying it to support their citizens? they had "crackdowns" on prostitution but they were ineffective because the police were involved in it (or at least some).
