At one point you reach a stage where rolling blackouts are only way to keep the grid from colapsing, and this stange is already reached now , next step couple more powerplants go bust , the electric grid is dead permanently, and then what ? ., sewage, water,heating,transportation stops....... and you get the privilege to pay for it plus million generators and fuel to keep the minimal civilizational standard a situation that would almost guarantee further 'emigration' from Ukraine as winter would become unlivable in many parts of Ukraine.

i still can't get a grip on the alleged 600,000 ukrainian battle deaths. in < 3 years? supposed 70,000 russian? and limited in geography to a rather small part of eurasia. civilian deaths show much lower levels than the 2 WWs. that is hard to get in comparison to ww1,ww2 combat deaths. seems to show that war in this new age is even less likely to be survivable by military forces and has no bearing on future civ deaths if there is nowhere to escape to. do any world "leaders",esp ours,have a clue on what they are screwing around with considering the nuc menace?
