Maggie’s What's Your View II

Hi,

Well I do not know shit about fruit, other than some fruit makes me shit lol...
BUT....The Mal sure is turning out to look very nice!! Has his personality hit peak levels yet lolol?
Hint: If you have not asked yourself "What the hell did I get into"...it hasn't peaked yet.

Sincerely,
Theis
He's always been very protective, but you can tell his balls have dropped. Lol. He can be very scary for people he doesn't know that come around. He's fine though at a public place like a kids soccer game. He's always keeping an eye out. Very obedient. I have no problems with him. I cant thank you enough for the help finding him.

Hi,

Hats off to you because you must have taken him everywhere from your day 1. Typically the Elgos des Plaines lined dogs are like playing hot potato with a hand grenade in regards to taking them out in public lolol.
You never know when they are going to blow, lol.

I would be interested to see how he acts when someone pushes you and him into a corner but I do not recommend you trying that on your own :)

Sincerely,
Theis

If you added all the time up he hasn't come with me in just over a year it would maybe add up to a week. He was challenging when I got him for the first couple months. He didn't like anyone but me. He sounded like a damn tazmanian devil when anyone came close. Other than nipping a guy he knows that was pushing my daughter around in a office chair, he only bites when hes told. That's with a bite sleeve though. Havent started a hidden sleeve yet.

A Father's Day Present for a Stranger

I've done a few of these for some other people and I guess word is getting around.
A young lady contacted me and asked if I'd consider looking at some pictures and seeing what I could do with them.
Her dad lost his father to suicide when he was just 9 years old.
His uncle raised him and has since passed as well.

She had an old photo of them and a recent of one her father and wanted me to combine them if I could.

I gave her a few options. I won't post them all, but here are the ones she liked the best.

Thank God for human symmetry! ;) ?

Congrats!
Try to catch every second.
One day you'll be holding a grandchild and wonder how you got there so fast.

A hair over 11 hrs of time out today.
Not all driving, for which I am happy.

Had a nice picnic in Nebraska with my folks and kiddo.
That cross wind for a while both heading there and back was a bunch of fun. Not the worst I have dealt with on that drive by far and kept things interesting.

Watched a guy in a POS with the bumper duct taped on tailgate a guy at less than a car length at 80 for a few miles this AM. Other guy got pissed and camped in left lane. Too much danger so I backed off and kept an eye on my escape routes for when the cars and parts started flying.
Someone wised up, sped up, and ended without incident.

Missed a fatal accident by a bit on the way out as well.

Glad to have my angel back and good to be home.

You still fightin' with the rain/roads ? Jeez, I thought you had that all buttoned up. I assume it's the weather that isn't cooperating (?)

So, answer a stupid Washtonian's question (who has never seen wild hogs in person); What do you do with them, once they are expired ? Can you (is it worth it to) butcher them ? I get the impression the meat is not good...

I ain't telling you your bidness.....
But you might wanna think about reinforcing that top shelf.
I have very similar, actually I'd bet identical, cabinets for my likker. M ine are taller with 3 shelves.
My shelves looked like that.....about 0300 one morning all my likker collapsed into a big pile and out in the floor.
Miracle not a single bottle broken.

I'd reinfirce that shelf, and put something besides those shelf clips to hold the shelf.

The back straps and tenderloins from young boars is fine, the bean/peanut/cotton eating sows are as good as it gets, the 6 small ones can go on the grill whole (cleaned of course).

Road ? Weather isnt cooperating. 19 days, 149 dump truck loads, and now 6" of rain over 4 days on it... f.....

Rgr Wader offer of help.
