    I'm running a 22" 260 gasser. Getting 2880fps with Berger 130 AR Hybrids and Re16. No pressure signs, brass is on its 5th cycle. Try beating that with your 6.5 Creedmoor gassers. Also, running KAC or LaRue mags will allow you to load a tad longer than 2.820.

    18" .260 would be pretty cool in a gasser. Magpul UBR stock if you want to save a little weight vs the PRS but not have to deal with the wobble of a carbine stock.

    ECCs have been released with both 1-11 and 1-10 twist barrels. If it's a newer ECC it probably has a 1-10. That being said, I don't think an ECC is an ideal F-class rifle. Mine is sub-MOA usually, but I really really have to work at it.

    PRS Gen3 is the best available right now. LMT makes a pretty good stock too that you can swap onto a carbine tube with ease. Luth is OK, but not in the same ballpark as Magpul and LMT.
