I would guess that’s not a factory job, unless I missed it in the description. If not, I don’t see the gun going for much more than the start bid, if it even gets a bid. These days, the P7s are going for north of 2 even in good condition.

Not too sure, but it’s pretty sweet! It speaks to me haha. I’m gonna throw some bids in and see what happens. I’ve seen some of these unique HK’s like this going for a pretty penny. There was an engraved one recently that went for around 10k of more and that thing was hideous haha.

Trying to move my Glock to free up some more funds for this but we’ll see what happens

I’m sure I’m not telling you anything you don’t know, but people go nuts for anything done at the HK factory. That engraving was custom I’m thinking right? I’m actually shocked it went for that price if it was custom.

I’m a long time P7 fan btw. Have an M8, had plans on buying more and a 13, and am a former M10 owner. I recently saw a factory SD version, which is the threaded barrel. Forgot what the final was but it was a sweet piece. I think the P7 would be awesome to suppress

There was a threaded one in the last month with after market threaded barrel went for under 3 if I recall. But factory SD’s have gone for 12-13.5k last I’ve seen.

I thought this auction might go for 5-6k at least cause I’ve never seen one like this so people usually go crazy for it but we’ll see. If it stays under 3k I might be a buyer but after that opening push to 2.6k I don’t think it’ll be likely. That case alone is worth over $500+ and the grips another $200.

I wish it was an m13 though ! Haha

Honestly, it was a massive tank of a gun; I really liked it a lot. However, I am talking about just its looks and feel. I had the nickel plated version. I shot exactly 4 rounds through the gun. Sold it back around 2007 or so and got quite a price for it. The gun was completely over engineered and had very little if any practical use. But one nice collectors piece for sure. If I'm not mistaken, I believe the blued version is more collectible than the nickel.

You know I’m not sure. I thought so as well. 1000 blue, 4000 nickel is what I thought. But I heard it was the opposite. Conflicting numbers from different sources. So I don’t know for sure and have been meaning to dig deeper to figure it out

Yeah started at a penny. I got my daily P7 email notification a few days ago on this one haha. But man. I really want it. Love to see where it’ll go if it can stay under 3 I’ll make a move but I doubt it. If I had a lot of disposable income I would be tempted to hit the buy now. Never seen one like this before and it just one of the sweetest looking pistols I’ve seen. Not to mention I love the p7 platform. I wish it was an m13 though

That is a beautiful P7 but I'd never pay that much for one. $9k buy it now? Uh, no. I'd love a factory threaded M13 but never seen one. All my handguns are tools, Glocks and Smiths and one Walther PPK/S.

FWIW, the Milt Sparks VM2 holster was originally designed for these pistols, so if you want a nice rig, that's it.

This was purchased from an estate sale 10 years ago and has since sat in the safe. It is a Rare Excellent Condition German made Heckler & Koch Grade A P7 PSP 9MM semi auto pistol has one of a kind complete top to bottom colored case hardening finish with rare HK Jubilee presentation case, HK challenge coin, spare factory magazine, set of HK branded Nill Wood Grips (seems to be a crack in it or a scratch, photographed). 7/1986 production with matching serial numbers, making it almost 33 years old! Bore is nice and shiny and strike plate shows little loss of finish, so likely fired lightly at best. I’ve never fired it. Excellent mechanics. European heel magazine release that is flush with the grip contour. Considered one of the finest single stack 9MM pistols ever made, P7’s are still a favorite for conceal carry holders due its safety, reliability and accuracy. Not sure anyone would carry this one, haha. Definitely a show stopper and collectors would agree as these guns haven’t been made for over a decade. It’s one gun that has always stopped everyone who walked past it, this masterpiece to ask about its immense history.

Okay, no problem, I've just seen it before in some of your posts so I was curious about it's pedigree. That T18/25/50 stapler/zip gun is insane. In fact, that'd be more along the lines of my "spirit gun"! Spirit gun. I get it, cool concept. Thanks for enlightening me!

It sure is pretty. My problem is that if I were rich enough to buy it, I would want to shoot it. Only one firearm has ever lived unfired in my vault for longer than it would take to sell it because I don't buy for speculation, or to fill out a collection. I buy firearms to use. The notable exception is a new, still unfired in the original factory box, Colt second generation, 1860 Army 44 caliber cap and ball pistol that my wife wanted to buy because she had a relative who carried one during the civil war. We bought it at an estate sale, and it may even be unturned because there is no turn line on it, but as we bought it "used" I don't know if someone before me worked the action or not. It just sits in back, and wife finally said she is ready to get rid of it after 15 years.

I would really like to have another HK P7-M13 as the last one I had was issued to me, and got turned in. I should have bought it when the chance was offered to me around 1985 or so.

Guys, this was just a refinished police trade-in P7 in a pretty box that didn't belong to it. Nothing special. It's been shot, probably quite a bit, and refinished. There's a thread about it over on HKpro (that I won't link to because I'm not sure that it's kosher to do so). I hope it wasn't one of you guys who overpaid.

I agree, it's still a PSP with updated finish, basically. The M13 or even M7 is what holds value, the PSPs, do, but not to that degree.
