Well I'm going to call it.
Any one who says they don't do the "dew wa ditty" is the type that gets out of the shower to piss.
I had to ask. When I was a younger pup and a fresh OWSI I worked for Moose on South Blvd for a while. Long story shorter, I was an instructor in tech deep air, MSTD, full cave etc before I joined the navy and got shuffled around to meet their needs. Diving days are starting to go behind because I’ve almost bitten the dust for very little pay out, but I’ll go when it presents. Lots of teeth in the Cooper.

Yes, I think all of the PRO-RV23 were Horween leather except the mesh back. I have one of those as well but it isn't in the photo.

I used to do a lot of stuff.
Backcountry skiing. Ski mountaineering. Ice climbing. Rock climbing (alpine trad). Whitewater kayaking. Competitive whitewater raft racing. Fire department. Anything to keep busy and enjoy my time.
Now my hobby is being a dad. We do a lot of cool stuff. And its about the kid. I can teach important life lessons through any of it.
I build legos, have nerf wars, skateboard, play all kinda of ball.
I really enjoy blogging about my poops on Snipers Hide.

You can get rolls of sticker of Amazon for dirt cheap that say "For Rectal Use Only". Those are fun at grocery store.
I try to do a new hobby once every year or two. Most never last long but I usually get pretty good at them. Lock picking, fur trapping, mushroom hunting, fishing for every species, excessive drinking then welding steel targets with buzzboxes. Just normal stuff. The one that I still do a lot is arrowhead hunting. Great excuse for camp trips and exploring new country.

I always enjoy these kinds of threads on the various forums I've been on over the years. I've had a lot of different hobbies. Motocross was my favorite but after 12 years my body couldn't take it anymore.
Now I just do/try almost every kind of shooting competition there is and I really enjoy reloading. I'm also a dad and that's probably my favorite thing ever not that it's a hobby but it's definitely the best way to spend time. I'm trying hard to raise my kids right so they don't turn out to be a pice if shit like all the young people at work that don't work and act like everyone owes them something.

A while ago, I also collected meteorites from all over the globe. I had a nice sized collection, then grew tired of it.

Ironically, many recyclers won’t take ingots. It is much easier to prove what it is if it still a beer can, or a spool of wire, or a bucket of spent brass. Melt it down and they get all “well, we don’t know what it is” on you...
It's more of a 'classic' hobby than 'oddball' hobby, but HO gauge model railroading. Since we don't have basements here in central Florida I built a 2400 sq ft detached garage/workshop to house the model train layout.

Yes I have a dozen or so pro issue catcher's mitts. I was a catcher when I played so they have a special place in my heart.
