Mon- ass kicking plyometrics, still sore from that
Tues- free weights, different than monday's
Wed- going to sit this day out for recovery

Just got back into the gym today.
Exercise bike warm up.
Chest incline, & decline dumbells. 4 sets of 12-14
Flys on the cable machine. 4 sets of 12-14
shoulders on the cable machine. 4 sets of 12-14
Abs. 5 mins of pain
15 mins later got home and took the dog out for a 30 min. 3 mile run.
Leg ext's pyramid up from 80-200# 12-25 rep sets about 6 sets
Seated Leg Curls: 4x12
Front Squats: 4x12
Leg Press: 4x12 increasing weight
Hack Squats: 3x20
5 miles this morning before work. Pretty good time too,getting faster and not really trying to. Insanity max interval with the company. Deadlifts tonight pending calls.
10 miles yesterday slow pace nice day just ran then Insanity max cardio. 5 miles today before work fast pace then Insanity interval with the company.Did some power cleans and light deadlifts tonight but stopped after a few sets. Oldness,Oh well
