As a matter of fact, I did not work out today.

Yesterday I hit abs and core strength like nobody's business and the day before yesterday I did chest and triceps.

So no I didn't, but I don't feel guilty because I'm plenty sore from the last two days and today has been an otherwise very productive day.

Just got back into the gym today.
Exercise bike warm up.
Chest incline, & decline dumbells. 4 sets of 12-14
Flys on the cable machine. 4 sets of 12-14
shoulders on the cable machine. 4 sets of 12-14
Abs. 5 mins of pain
15 mins later got home and took the dog out for a 30 min. 3 mile run.

Very heavy dead lifts last night and 5 miles this morning. I hope nothing happens this shift,I feel like a bridge fell on me.Fitness I love it

Yesterday's leg/arms routine:

Leg ext's pyramid up from 80-200# 12-25 rep sets about 6 sets
Seated Leg Curls: 4x12
Front Squats: 4x12
Leg Press: 4x12 increasing weight
Hack Squats: 3x20

Preacher Bench BB Curls 3x12 increasing weight
Alternate DB curls 30-50# BD's 4 sets 6-12reps
Tricep Extensions
Dips

5 miles this morning before work. Pretty good time too,getting faster and not really trying to. Insanity max interval with the company. Deadlifts tonight pending calls.

10 miles yesterday slow pace nice day just ran then Insanity max cardio. 5 miles today before work fast pace then Insanity interval with the company.Did some power cleans and light deadlifts tonight but stopped after a few sets. Oldness,Oh well
