I REALLY want to believe that any meaningful stop to the war would cause a stop in us funding them. But remember that once the war is over we move on to the rebuilding phase. Biden has already said that they will need our funds to do this, along of course with BlackRock and others. Ukraine effectively has no GDP, and it seems that the World Bank is somehow out of the picture largely, so the US taxpayer is funding the rebuilding as well as the funds necessary to employee the officials and laborers. Im not for this at all, I'm saying this is what will occur.
