Still eat meat, just buy a special bread of beef, it has a genetic mutation that results in lower saturated fat. But mostly chicken breast, broccoli, pasta, stuff like that. I'm not in the shape I use to be, I sit at a desk most of the day these days. But still average around 8k steps a day, not great but not horrible. Resting heart rate is around 65 bp is usually around 115 / 75, I'm 5'10 weight is around 170 give or take. How about you?
